Staff Surveillance Tests  

Yellowstone’s August 18 press release reported 121 “pending” staff COVID-19 checks taken late past 7 days. All of these tests have returned negative, bringing the park’s overall asymptomatic unfavorable examination count to 1,499 due to the fact early June (467 unfavorable assessments in the earlier 3 weeks).  

The park, in partnership with the states of Montana and Wyoming and surrounding counties, will exam somewhere around 150 more front-line workers on August 20. More facts about the surveillance testing effort and hard work is offered in park information releases dated June 30 and June 4.
