Ongoing investigation for a visitor fatality at Golden Gate National Recreation Area

US Park Rangers assigned to the Special Investigation Unit at Golden Gate Nationwide Recreation Region are in search of guidelines from the general public to help an investigation for a customer fatality. On January 21, 2021, a visitor fell from a cliff around Battery Rathbone, an space adjacent to the a person-way section of Conzelman Highway in the park. 

Details from other site visitors is usually incredibly practical to investigators. If you were in the vicinity of Battery Rathbone or the a single-way segment of Conzelman Road on January 21 all around 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., please contact us – even if you do not believe you witnessed the incident.
