New fire detected on eastern shore of Yellowstone Lake; Campsite closed until further notice

The .5-acre Brimstone Hearth was detected on the afternoon of August 26 east of Yellowstone Lake. Very likely prompted by lightning, it is burning in a spruce and fir forest.
