National Park Service, Smithsonian Institution and Heart Mountain Wyoming Foundation to host National Day of Remembrance virtual events

The National Park Services, Smithsonian’s Nationwide Museum of American Heritage and the Heart Mountain Wyoming Basis will co-host this year’s Nationwide Day of Remembrance with reside virtual functions from February 18-20. The commemoration marks 80 many years considering that President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Purchase 9066, which led to the compelled removal and incarceration of much more than 120,000 Japanese Americans throughout Globe War II.
