SAN FRANCISCO, CA – The National Park Assistance, Interior Regions 8, 9, 10, and 12 announced today it has selected the top 4 respondents to the Request for Qualifications issued on August 13, 2019 for the food and beverage functions at the Lands End Restaurant Properties. The chosen respondents will be invited to react to the Ask for for Proposals, which is the following phase of the range procedure.
By way of the Request for Proposals, the Nationwide Park Service will require a much more comprehensive response to the proposed uses and principle plan and any improvements the respondents will make to the premises. Respondent’s names will not be furnished for the duration of this phase of the confidential solicitation process. The name of the last chosen respondent will be issued subsequent the effective completion of the lease execution.

From the Request for Proposals, the Countrywide Park Provider will select a single entity for exclusive negotiations of the last lease, expected to begin spring/summer of 2021.
